Save your place.  Send $500 deposit to Tour Organizer by Oct. 1st. Make checks out to Zeta Cammarota or Venmo @zetacamm

  1. Commit to the Trip.  Make first payment of $1500 by Nov. 1st. (w/ $500 for extension)

  2. Fill out this Form so Airline Tickets can be purchased by Nov. 1st.

  3. Apply for a Passport.  Takes 4-6 weeks or 2-3 weeks for expedited service. Passport must not expire within 6 months of the trip.

  4. Make second payment of $1000 by Feb. 1st.

  5. Attend mandatory meeting on March 4th at 4pm for final planning discussion.

  6. Complete the Following Forms and turn in to Zeta Cammarota by March 4th.

    1. Release from Liability Form 

    2. Emergency Contact & Medical Information Form

    3. Medication Release Form, if needed.

    4. Copy of Medical Insurance Card

    5. Copy of Passport

  7. Submit Independent Study Request to School Office by March 10th. 

  8. Purchase items on What to Pack List. 

  9. ETIAS Visa not going into effect until Oct. 2026.
